A metal profile measuring 40X4 mm is bent into a circular shape with a diameter of 160 cm and 2 by 3 checkered sheets are welded on it. Then it is rinsed again with clean water and dried. Before the static painting process, during the drying and resting process, sanding is applied to the metal parts to prevent rusting that may arise from dust and particles that may settle as a result of air circulation. After this stage, the material is coated with 35 micron-thick polyester-based powder paint, which prevents it from heating up in the sun (color fading) in an electrostatic system, and then the painting process is completed by heating it in an oven at a temperature of at least 200-220 degrees for 10 minutes.
