Wabi Sabi (Beauty in Imperfection) is the life philosophy that inspired our collection and that emerged in Japan in the 16th century, emphasising the perfection of imperfections. Because it embraces styles such as simplicity and a life in harmony with nature, natural colours are preferred in the products of this wabi-sabi-inspired collection. While Wabi represents qualities such as simplicity and naturalness, Sabi represents the beauty added by the passage of time and the reflection of embracing the imperfections that arise with that progress. This philosophy is born from the balanced harmony of these two concepts. Sabi reflects the perfection of life's imperfections with colours coming from nature, through special handcraftsmanship and patterns that differ from one another, for strong colours and elegant presentations. By emphasising the beauty that comes from imperfection through pattern differences caused by handcraftsmanship, it brings a different approach to your tables. Wabi sabi expresses that everything imperfect is more aesthetic and beautiful, reflecting the elegance born of simplicity through the natural colours used.
