The wagon is positioned on the test stand and force is applied from points calculated in engineering terms to determine the deformation of the body under the applied load, in compression and tension. Within the system, forces applied on the front side are measured, while forces formed on the rear side are measured by separate sensors; forces passing through the bogie system while the wagon is loaded are also measured. With all force applications and sensors corresponding to these points, testing can be performed with a sensitivity of 1/3000. Force size, compression axes and the number of pistons are determined according to the customer's request, and tests can be performed up to 2500 kN (compression) and 1500 kN (tensile). All readings are made digitally and the system, with computerized control, can apply forces at the desired point, in the set size and time period.
