Skid-mounted pre-assembled filtration systems by Aytok Filtre equipped with an automatic screen filter (EVF). The filter body is S235JR, the screen is SS304L and PA6GFR30 and the collector is S235JR. Maximum working pressure is 6 bar and minimum working pressure is 2.5 bar, with a maximum working temperature of 60 °C. Backwash is triggered by time and differential pressure via an electronic control system (AC/DC), and filtration accuracy is 20-2000 microns. S235JR collectors are finished with electrostatic epoxy-polyester powder coating. The systems include a 4"-6" plastic hydrocyclone with an EVF filter, with capacities from 70 to 220 m³/h.
