Aytok Filtre plastic control valves deliver precise and reliable hydraulic control with an exceptionally simple design. Manufactured from advanced, corrosion-resistant polymers, they use a frictionless diaphragm design to ensure accurate operation across applications ranging from agricultural irrigation and drinking water lines to industrial processes. In closing mode, the pilot system directs line pressure to the control chamber above the diaphragm, closing the valve tightly; in opening mode, the control chamber is drained and line pressure lifts the diaphragm to fully open the valve; in modulation mode, the valve is held partially open to regulate flow or pressure. Working pressure range: 1 to 10 bar.
