M16DF Series 16xD Deep-Hole Drill

The M16DF Series is a 16xD deep-hole drill from Karcan's Hole-Making range, built to produce holes up to 16 times the tool diameter. Seven order items cover cutting diameters from 2.0 to 2.8 mm in h7 tolerance with a 4 mm h6 shank, overall lengths of 84–96 mm and flute lengths of 39–50 mm. It is recommended for steel, stainless steel and cast materials, while hardened steel above 54 HRc, graphite, non-ferrous materials, HRSA and titanium are not recommended. The long flute section supports deep, straight drilling with efficient chip evacuation.
