Application Method / Equipment The surface must be cured, sound and moist. Loose parts, mortar and concrete residues must be cleaned and a solid surface must be obtained. If necessary, the surface should be cleaned by mechanical methods. The application surface must be cleaned of residues such as oil, grease, dirt, paint and salt deposits. Segregation, pits or fractures on the surface should be corrected with appropriate repair mortar and waited for at least 24 hours. Iron and wooden wedges on the surface should be removed, and active water leaks and gaps, if any, should be filled. Corners and joints should be chamfered and the surface should be smoothed. The surface to be applied should be wetted and waited until it becomes moist. It is applied with a brush or suitable spraying equipment. It should be applied in 2-3 layers; Each layer should be constructed perpendicular to the previous one using the lattice method. Wait until complete drying is achieved between coats. In areas with traffic loads and open areas, layers such as protective screed and ceramics must be applied to the upper surface. The prepared product should be used within 45 minutes. Expired mortar must be disposed of immediately. Consumption varies between 2.00 – 3.00 kg/m² depending on the condition of the surface.
